A number of republican congress leaders have denounced President Obama’s praise of Steve Jobs after the Apple boss passed away. Republican leaders shrugged off what they considered an embarrassing praise of Steve Jobs by the President. The Congress Republican Speaker John Boehner noted that the Republican Party respected Steve Jobs’ contribution to America in building Apple as one of the largest companies in the world. However Jobs was not a Christian. He had flirted with Indian religions to find spiritual enlightenment. Also, Jobs traveled the subcontinent and experimented with psychedelic drugs. Therefore the Republican Party did not believe Steve Jobs was a good model for young people in America.
